[xcbf] Next Meeting Time

The June 13 meeting is currently set for noon. Since
this conflicts with the first SSJC meeting, I must
change the time for the XCBF TC net meeting to 2:00
pm EDT. 

Paul, is this still acceptable for your hosting the
meeting?
