[xcbf] XML Schemas

A note that may be of interest. The latest version of the
Core Components specification now includes ASN.1 as a
schema for XML markup:

"The term XML schema includes XML Schema as defined in
World Wide Web Consortium Extensible Markup Language
Version 1.0, XML Document Type Definitions, Schematron,
SOX, Relax NG, ASN.1, XDR, or any other notation that
specifies the form and information content of an XML
document."

This is good news for folks that may wish to adopt the
simple XML digital signature approach being used in our
XCBF work.
