[xcbf] XCBF F2F Meeting

I just heard from Dee Schur that we are confirmed
for Monday, December 9 in room 315 at the Baltimore
Convention Center.

I'll post more details later, as I'm trying to
confirm the security and access requirements for
us getting in.
