[xcbf] XCBF Votes

I vote to approve the January 20, 2003 version of the XCBF document
as an OASIS Committee Specification.

I vote to appove submitting this XCBF Committee Specification to OASIS
for consideration as an OASIS Standard.

I certify that I am successfully using the XCBF Committe Specification, and
know of no legal encumbrances (copyright, patent, etc.) to successfully 
using
the specification.
