[xcbf] Marketing opportunity

In the SJC meeting tomorrow, there will be a discussion as to
whether OASIS security groups wish to participate in the Burton
Group conference, as described at the following:

In there is an interest in this activity by XCBF members, please let me
know before the SJC meeting at noon ET tomorrow.
