Tuesday, 11 March 2003 Ballot

The ballot to accept the proposed changes to the XCBF document
to address public review comments and create a new XCBF Committee
Specification 1.0 has passed, with the following members voting:

Approve:
Aerts, Boon, Day, G廨獽e, Griffin, Larmouth, Martin, Thorpe

Disapprove:
None.

Abstain:
None.

Eligible but not voting are: Aichelen, Scott, Thompson, Triglia.

Members are cautioned that failure to return mail ballots can lead to
termination of TC membership, as described in the OASIS procedures
at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#termination.

I will post the new CS 1.0 document to the list shortly and notify
OASIS of this event.

My understanding from comments received during the ballot is that
Day, Larmouth and Thorpe oppose submitting the CS to OASIS
for consideration as an OASIS standard. But I will soon submit this
issue for ballot so that the sense of the TC is clear.
