Ballot

You have all been notified of the XCBF ballot results, and provided a
pointer to the details. In examining some of the comments received, and
late reviews of the information, I would point all members to the following
from http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php, "Section 2.
Standards Process", "(b) Approval of an OASIS Standard", and ask that
you consider  this text carefully in the context of your ballot remarks:

" Errata or Corrigenda to a submission are not permitted; if changes are
required the Committee Specification must be withdrawn by the TC,
edited, re-approved as a Committee Specification, then resubmitted."
