Ballot Comment Resolutions

The attached document provides all of the ballot comments
and how I tried to resolve them in the XCBF CS documents
that follow. In these I tried first and foremost to make minimal
changes to satisfy OASIS requirements.

I need to also work up a document like the attached for the
review period comments as well. I will try to get to this shortly
so that we have all materials archived and can point to them
to meet OASIS Standards requirements.
