XCBF CS Legal Encumberances

Dear XCBF members,

OASIS requires that all legal encumbrances to use of the CS
work be identified before its members may consider the work
as an OASIS standard.

If you have any legal encumbrances (copyright, patent, etc.) to
the use of the OASIS XCBF CS, please send the details of such
to the XCBF list.

Failure to respond to this note shall be an indication that you know
of no encumbrances on use of the work.
