Hi all,

Sorry to be a stick in the mud on this, but I do think it is important that
potential implementors have full access to all referenced material in a
standard.  The fact that this new VXER standard has apparently changed under
our feet (in the forms of new names, etc.) underscores the problem.  Who is
to say it won't change again before it is finalized?
