I participate in a number of TC's and have an official role - Chair, co-Chair and Secretary - in three of them. Once a week is much more frequently than I have experienced before. The risk is that few people will have the time to sustain the participation, attendance drops, membership drops automatically, and dissension rises. I doubt that I will be able to participate every week. Unless there is great urgency on a task, I would suggest no more frequently than bi-monthly, and monthly works for many.
