XCBF Ballot to submit CS 1.1 to OASIS passed successfully

Hi Team,
The XCBF ballot to submit the approved CS 1.1 to OASIS as open standard had
passed successfully (77% with 10 of 13).
Congratulations and Thanks to all of you.
So now, I will start the process to take CS 1.1 forward and to submit it to
OASIS before the deadline of July 15, 1003.
