Gabe,

I apologize to you and the other members of the TC (as I did on the call)
that I tried converting this to a PDF before sending it to the list and my
software created many errors in the document and I didn't have the time to
test and resubmit.

The document that I did publish should however be visible to the public (I
certainly selected the option to make this visible to the public when I
uploaded it).

Just FYI, there are several graphic placeholders in the document for use
cases that are not yet created and I did not have any difficulties with
anyone on the call today not being able to view the graphics that were
linked so this may be a partial or total answer to your issue.

We're having all sorts of problems with this doc file.. missing references
to linked pictures???

Can you publish this document without using external file links?
