RE: [xdi] Groups - draft-xdi-metaschema-v5.xsd uploaded

This is a common question, and fairly confusing since data can contain a
resource, and there can be resource elements as siblings to data.

I will recommend today that there be two elements (in addition to the
<xri>s).  <data> and <meta>.  The <resource> elements under <meta> are XDI
metadata about the data instance under <data>.

That is what all those <resource> elements are for - meta data about the
data - it's just that they weren't nicely grouped under a <meta> tag, which
makes their use unclear - and easy to get wrong.

	Can you explain in a sentence or two what the meaning of resource
vs. data is? This doesn't seem to be documented anywhere - you may have
discussed this on the phone calls, but I don't see explanation in the
minutes (not that I'd expect such content to be in minutes).
