Links for today's XDI TC call
XDI TC Members and Observers, We are very much in the thick of discussions about harmonizing the two "worldviews" about the XDI schema - so much so that Dave and I just spent an hour on the phone discussing some documents I uploaded earlier today -- before we even get to today's call! It was a very productive discussion which will continue on the call, as this is our only scheduled topic. A reminder that tonight's call will be limited to 1 hour. To make it easy to reference examples as we discuss them, here is a consolidated set of links: 1) Current example of "data envelope schema" approach (from Dave's email last week): <http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xdi/200411/msg00016.html> 2) Current version (v3) of "dataweb schema" approach (posted today): <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/10155/draft-xdi-dataweb-s chema-v3.xsd> 3) Example of XPath addressing inside an XML document using v3 dataweb schema (posted today): <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/10156/XPath-Example-1-v2. xml> 4) Example of short-form (all data referenced) XDI business card using using v3 dataweb schema (posted today): <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/10157/draft-example-dataw eb-bizcard-short-v2.xml> 5) Example of long-form (all data included) XDI business card using using v3 dataweb schema (posted today): <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/10158/draft-example-dataw eb-bizcard-long-v2.xml> 6) First-draft comparison of the two schema approaches (posted today): <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/10159/xdi-schema-comparis ion-v1.doc> See you on the call (dial-in info below for quick reference): US Domestic Toll Free: 866.365.4406 Intl.
