XDI TC Members and Observers:

Following is a proposed agenda for our F2F at the OASIS Symposium on April
27-28-29.

WEDNESDAY: Overall themes: a) knowledge sharing, b) messaging, and c)
agreement on priorities.

First Morning Session: Review proposed final use cases & requirements.

Second Morning Session: Review proposed revisions to charter and XDI
overview presentation.

Lunch: Presentation and XDI demo to other OASIS members & TCs.

First Afternoon Session: Envelope model - presentation/demo, discussion,
prioritization of deep-dive topics.

Second Afternoon Session: Universal model - presentation/demo, discussion,
prioritization of deep-dive topics.

THURSDAY: Overall theme: deep-dives on topics as prioritized in Wed.
discussions. 

Following are all possible candidates but are are only placeholders - the
final list will come out of Wednesday's discussions:

* Envelope model issues
* Universal schema/XDI graph model issues
* Envelope/Universal model interop issues
* Protocol architecture issues
* Protocol binding issues (HTTP binding, SOAP binding, SMTP binding)
* Service dictionary architecture issues
* Contract vocabulary issues
* Contract negotiation issues
* Synchronization vocabulary issues

FRIDAY: Overall themes: a) security and b) next steps.

First Morning Session: security issues and security architecture (Geoffrey
would be dialing in; Wed/Thur. he must be at WinHec.)

Second Morning Session/Lunch: deliverables, workplan for 2005, assignments.

We will finish at lunch - the afternoon is reserved for flights home.
