XDI TC Members and Observers:

Due to conflicts Geoffrey was not able to make it this morning, and given
that the topics we want to discuss are relatively high-bandwidth, we're
going to go ahead and discuss them here. We'll then divide up the task of
writing up summaries of our discussions here (which have covered a lot of
territory) and post those to the list.
