Groups - XDI Schema Proposal V12 (draft-xdi-schema-v12..xsd) uploaded

This is a new experimental proposal for discussion on tonight's unofficial
call that returns to something much closer to the very simple original
schema, only incorporating the lessons we've learned over the past year.
Because it uses full XRIs instead of explicit components, it has only 5
elements and one attribute.
