I personally have no problem
with it, but does posting docs to the TC that have those kind of restrictions go
against the new OASIS IPR policies?

posted has a privacy statement that precludes non-listed people from reading it.
It does say that people can read it if they have explicit written permission.
This email is explicit written permission for members and observers of the XDI
