XDI Validator

Following Bill's suggestion (two calls ago I think), I made a separate "XDI Validator" application. Its functionality is basically a subset of the XDI Converter.

So there are three apps now:

Obviously the idea is that XDI4j and these apps evolve as the TC produces ideas (e.g. serialization formats).. I'll give my best to keep the implementation in sync with the TC's ideas as we move forward.....
