Hello Drummond,

I see how much difficult is to arrange such a phone call. From my side,
I'll try to have the call from my home at the time you suggested.
Currently I'm looking for a cheap solution (e.g. a prepayd card for phone
call to the US from Italy), I think I would be able to manage this within
one week :-).

Giovanni, would you be able to accommodate that time, given that it is at
the very end of your day?

 

Another idea is to hold major calls -- where we would like everyone
present -- every two weeks. On the in-between weeks we could hold
“special topic” calls where only those able to make it and involved in
those topics need attend. That way the TC members who are most
inconvenienced by the calls times would only need to attend twice a
month, vs. every week.
