Would an hour earlier help? It may be possible to switch the order of the XRI and XRD calls.
I would personally be OK with earlier. We are also trying to accommodate people in Japan and Australia.
Personally I am in Santiago for the next while so the call is at 7pm for me.

please reply back to the list? Otherwise we will adopt this schedule
starting this week (Dec. 4).
10-11pm for XRD does not work very well for me!
