One change to multiplicity proposal

On last Friday's TC telecon we approved the version of the Multiplicity proposal then posted at:

However, as I went to begin the task of updating multiplicity syntax on the https://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/XdiMessagePatterns page, I had a realization that I wrote up as a new comment on:

  https://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/XdiMultiplicity/Discussion

The resulting change, as I explained in that note, is simply to switch the multiplicity syntax previously assigned to entity singletons (the $( prefix) with the syntax for collections (which had no special syntax).

I have discussed this with Markus and the XDI2 project coders and they all agree it makes sense because that makes entity singletons the default, which is the norm in most natural languages.

I have updated https://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/XdiMultiplicity to reflect this change. If anyone objects, please post to the list, otherwise we will move Multiplicity into Last Call and proceed with the next proposals in the queue.
