Thanks, Les. Clearly the travel schedule and meeting conflicts are slowing us down. And even worse, I have to fly back from London to Seattle this coming Friday (Sept 14), so I won't be able to be on this week's telecon. Arrggh!

That's why later today I will send a suggestion about how to start advancing proposals via an email process in addition to our telecon process so that our lack of ability to be on telecons together does not slow down the proposal process.
