new informative page: XdiGraphBasicContents

Hello TC,

I created the following page:

https://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/XdiGraphBasicContents

The idea is that when you create a new XDI graph on a server, it will typically not be empty.

For example, it has basic discovery information, and an initial link contract.

The idea of the above page is, based on some implementation experience, to document such initial contents.

This is not normative, but still interesting to share I think. Feedback welcome!
