On meeting all the multiplicity requirements, could someone point me to the wiki page or or doc that lists those?  If so I'll see about sending an email that shows how my proposed syntax addresses them, or falls short.

I looked on https://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/XdiMultiplicity but didn't see them listed as explicitly as I think they should be, so I went ahead and added them to:
