Bill Barnhill must step down but sends everyone his best

I had a good talk with Bill tonight and he explained that, despite all his lobbying, Booz Allen decided not to renew their OASIS membership, so Bill unfortunately can't continue on the TC.

He will however stay in close touch with us and is looking forward to our specs coming out.
