New XDI2 website and domain name

Hi all,

Even though these are uncertain times for XDI, I'd like to present a new "shiny" / "trendy" website and domain name for the XDI2 project:

http://xdi2.org/

It's an attempt to organize and present all the resources, documentation, apps, demos, etc. in an accessible way.

The XDI2 web tools are now available at
http://server.xdi2.org/

The xdi.js tools are now available at
http://js.xdi2.org/

The Github repos all remain the same. More info on Thursday's call.
