Thanks Markus. 

TC Members: these changes to the spec list that Markus describes on the revised XDI 1.0 Specs wiki page are the net result of our discussions on the last two TC calls. The net effect is that it lowers the set of specs necessary in the proposed XDI 1.0 suite to 8 from 10, which is definitely a good thing.

- XDI Policy has been marked "deprecated".

It will be replaced by XDI Link Contracts.
