I would like us to propose the following:

“  The OASIS XLIFF TC would like to ask OASIS that the XLIFF TC and OASIS request to become a liaison member of ISO TC 37 SC5. ”

What happened last time is that Jamie then forwards it with a nice not and the ISO SC then votes on it.
