Urgent: We need to nominate the 15min speaker for the main locworld program

All, unfortunately, this cannot wait until next meeting  Please nominate speakers by sending an e-mail to me or the list.  Let us make a rule that no-one can nominate themselves. I will make the decision by tomorrow, based on nominations and based on contacting the potential speakers re logistics.
The speaker will be bound to develop the content from the germ created between Kevin and myself and should get the penultimate content informally approved by an SC meeting in May.
You can also propose topics for the wildcard. For the wildcard speaker you MAY nominate yourself along with the wildcard topic.
