(I made a posting this week-end but it didn't go through).
The LISA/OSCAR has officially started its Word Count and Segmentation
activities. I'm not sure if both aspects need to be treated together: it
seems word count can be worked out faster, especially if people with an
urgent need are making things moving. See the call for participation:

Note that LISA membership is *not* required to be part of this working
group.
