[xliff] Presentation

Hi again everyone,

Attached the final version of the presentation for Heidelberg. Christian had
many ideas on how to make it better and we integrated a few slides from
JohnR and Mark. We finished it today. It should go out to LISA today so you
have about 8 hours and 40 minutes to send any correction/feedback.

John: I've doctored a little your example to add the 'localization
processing' part for XLIFF, to make it more general.

It comes with some examples for slide #39, the ones attached here are almost
final, but today I'll work on making a better one for the EXE sample.
