[xliff] Attribute values spreadsheet

Hi All,

Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of the enumerated attributes, per the latest xliff-values-1-1.xsd. The advantage of using the spreadsheet is that I can resort the values alphabetically, by description, or by origin (proposer). If you cannot open an Excel spreadsheet, let me know and I'll post an html version of the same data.

Each ValueList is on a separate tab. The values are sorted alphabetically. The description and origin have been separated into two columns.
