[xliff] XLIFF transunit ID and RESName in 1.0 DTD and 1.1 XSD

All,

In 1.1 XSD and 1.0 DTD, the trans-unit ID and 
resname are NMTOKEN's

 

By definition NMTOKEN cannot contain 
whitespace

So any resname containing whitespace cannot really 
be stored in XLIFF

 

I propose we change resname to CDATA In the 1.1 
XSD
