All: There is an error .XSD file (an extra entry: The entry marked with the
extra 'x' (the one for restype='static') should be removed (as per the
consolidated list).

The attached file is correct.

When I attempted to display the schema in Schema Design View in XML Spy 4.4,
the error "Text is unexpected at this location" appeared. The "x" shown
below at the far left is the problem. If I remove the "x", the document can
display in schema design view.
