XSD to XLIFF

I am currently 
looking into the translation of XSD schemata (yes, some want to do this in order 
for example to get

French equivalents 
for enumerated values) by means of XLIFF. I wonder, if anyone have already 
implemented an XSLT

or the like that 
converts from XSD to XLIFF and back.
