Postponement of next XLIFF TC Teleconference

I've just posted the latest revision of theXLIFF 1.1 Whitepaper.

This latest version is very close to being finished.  However, a couple 
of TC members have requested additional time to complete their work, so 
unless there are strong objections,  I'd like to postpone our next TC 
meeting by one week.  Our next meeting will therefore be Tuesday, 15 
July,  rather than Tuesday, 8 July.
