Ballot for XLIFF 1.1 Committee Spec

Hi -

I'm not sure why,  but no notification was sent on the ballot to accept 
the latest spec revision as committee spec.

Please note that membership roster was recently updated to reflect 
attendance... and this would affect the right to vote.  If you think 
there's a mistake or a problem with your membership / voting rights,  
please let me know.

The ballot is at the URL below,  and voting is open from Monday, 3 Nov 
and  closing on Monday,  10 Nov.
