HTML Profile

Hi everybody,

Attached is the second draft of the HTML profile for XLIFF.

The first 3 sections have been re-worked. Only very few things have been
changed in section 4 and after. We haven't changed the external example
files either. Overall the document is still very much 'under construction'.
