Not quite. Sorry for not being clear enough.
By discrepancies I refer to elements that are treated as
inline in some existing tools and as not-inline in some
other. Since tools developers came up with different choices
on which elements are inline, I think we need to establish a
clear list. That will help getting more consistent codes
inside the segments and help interoperability.
