ANN: Updated version of xliffRoundTrip Tool is available

Thanks to some 
questions Tony posed, I was able to diagnose a few bugs in my program.  The 
bugs are now fixed with update v0.6, which is available 
here:

If you'd like to 
just read about the updates first, you can now download the user guide 
independently from the overall application 

( http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/xliffroundtrip/xliffRoundTripToolUserGuide.pdf?download ).  
I think it is *mostly* up to date.

 

In this release I've 
included the traditional command-line application, along with a prototype GUI 
version.
