XLIFF HTML Profile is ready for committee review and ballot (I think)

Hello 
everyone,

 

I've crossed 
everything off my "to do" list regarding the HTML Profile.  That must mean 
it's ready for a TC to vote.  I don't see anything left to do, but I could 
be missing something obvious (I've been looking at it for so 
long).

 

I've attached the 
zip file to this note.  I'll leave it to Tony to decide about the 
voting.
