At the last XLIFF TC 
  teleconference it was agreed to hold an additional meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, 
  7 Feb).  Unfortunately, I have a scheduling conflict tomorrow and cannot 
  attend.  Unless someone volunteers to chair tomorrow’s meeting, I suggest 
  we cancel this meeting and meet at the normal date/time of Tuesday 21 Feb 2006
