Undocumented: seg attribute for <mrk> in XLIFF 1.2 schema

I just noticed that the XLIFF 1.2 schema definition of the
<mrk> element (i.e. the definition of the <xsd:complexType name="ElemType_mrk") contains
an attribute named “seg” that is not documented in the
specification. 

I suspect this was introduced by mistake, probably when “seg”
was added as a valid mtype value. (The mtype attribute value “seg” seems
to be correctly represented in the schema.) 

 

I suggest we remove the undocumented “seg”
attribute.
