Updated XLIFF profile for Java Resources

Hi All,

Please find attached an updated version of the XLIFF profile for Java Resource Bundles.

New in this version:

    
Examples reworked completely
    
Added comments about Java resources in XML format
    
Added more conversion guidelines
    
Fixed erroneous entry regarding comments in .properties files
    
Added section about transitional and strict versions of XLIFF schemas (copied from HTML profile)

and a number of minor changes.

IMHO, the profile needs another round of revisions before submitting it for ballot.
