XLIFF 1.2 spec revision 20061023

A revised spec is attached, and I shall set up another
ballot to approve as Committee Draft tomorrow (Tuesday 24 Oct).

 

The only change made to the spec was to add a note
indicating that external schema’s would not be validated by the
Transitional XSD.

 

The other changes made were to the XSD’s and Sample
files as outlined in Doug’s email:  http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/200610/msg00014.html.

XSD’s and Sample Files were renamed without the date
suffix.

 

Thanks to all who have contributed to this spec.  Special
thanks go to Doug for his very quick response and dedication in resolving the
XSD issues.
