Revised PO/POT Representation Guide

Rudolfo has revised the PO/POT Representation Guide to
address the issue of non-unique context-group name attribute values.  I’ve
attached the file to this email and will shortly set up a ballot to accept this
spec as a Committee Draft.

 

Any remaining issues will be discussed at today’s
teleconference.
