RE: [xliff-chair] Groups - oasis - Ballot "Approve XLIFF 1.2 rev. 20061016 as Committee Draft Spec" has been deleted

Sorry about yet another aborted committee draft ballot - I've revised the
XLIFF spec per today's discussion and the revised spec is presently being
reviewed to confirm the encoding issue is addressed.  The new spec revision
should be sent out if not today then tomorrow, and the new ballot shall be
set up shortly afterwards.
