Successful IPR Transition for XLIFF TC

To OASIS Members:
 
We are pleased to announce that the OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File
Format (XLIFF) TC has successfully transitioned to the current (2005) OASIS IPR
Policy [1] under the rules provided by the OASIS IPR Transition Policy [2]. The
ballot results are visible to OASIS members at [3]. The TC will operate under
the "RF on RAND Terms" IPR mode effective 16 December 2006.
